The conceptual starting point takes the last section of Plato’s Cave where the prisoners emerge, encountering life outside and frictions within.
Using the spaces under a disused pier and the changing shoreline of the river Thames, the three performers explored the geometry of the pier and girders to exploit disappearance, height and merging.
The original sound score was composed and performed by Clorinde.
